The site has no accounts, comment form, payments or subscriptions. Beyond delivery and security, de-identified pathname measurement, and Google Analytics you actively choose, it does not intentionally collect identity information.

Delivery and security
Cloudflare processes request data needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include IP address, device and request metadata. That processing follows Cloudflare policies and configured retention.
Analytics and consent
Only after explicit acceptance of optional analytics, the site sends canonical domain/path pageviews and fixed guide action names to plausible.shipsolo.io: open, mark read, save, share, select region, complete checklist and read next. Events do not include the selected region, saved list, free text, query strings, fragments or referrer URLs; no credentials or Plausible cookies are sent. Network requests necessarily expose network metadata such as IP and User-Agent to the provider; processing and retention depend on its configuration. GA4 also loads only after explicit acceptance, with Google Signals and ad personalization disabled. Rejection or withdrawal disables analytics and attempts to clear _ga-family cookies. GPC, DNT and plausible_ignore=true suppress guide events. These events are sent only on the canonical host. Events use a JSON request body.
Local storage
Analytics choice, quiz best score, poll choices and guide bookmarks/read status that you explicitly save may remain in this browser localStorage until removed. Saved lists and poll contents are not uploaded; saving does not subscribe to reminders. Checklist ticks last only on the current page. Delete local data in Manage analytics clears these records and disables analytics while preserving plausible_ignore to respect an existing opt-out.
